Cardon Enterprise was founded in May 1979 and has specialized in producing various types of cards conforming to ISO international standard credit card dimensions, along with their corresponding application system solutions. Over the years, it has grown into one of Taiwan’s leading manufacturers of plastic cards.
Since 1997, Cardon has expanded into the printing of high-value securities such as banking chip cards, passbooks, pre-paid card and RFID card. We operate within a securely controlled, independent production environment, equipped with a comprehensive security system, and a strictly monitored surveillance system, ensuring on-time delivery through a meticulous operational process.
All of our machinery consists of professional, high-precision printing equipment that complies with the production standards required for ballots, election brochures, stamps, and postcards. From raw paper material control, pre-press design management, printing volume regulation, factory security, to inventory and transportation controls — all processes are conducted in a self-contained, secure facility.
For example, our paper materials include exclusive watermarks, sourced from stable suppliers, and are strictly monitored to prevent any leakage. The production, storage, and anti-counterfeit design of printing films are handled by designated personnel, and orders must be approved by at least two levels of senior management.
After years of development and challenges, Kaden has built solid expertise in high-value security printing. We have consistently won major government and postal service contracts in Taiwan, and our commitment to quality has earned us certifications for ISO 9001 (Quality Management) and ISO 14298 (Management of Security Printing Processes).

卡登實業於1979年五月創立，專業從事ISO 國際標準信用卡尺寸的各類型卡片及其應用系統解決方案，至今已成為臺灣頗具規模的塑膠卡片製造專家之一。1997年開始承印銀行晶片卡、支票存摺、儲值卡等有價證券的印製作業，我們擁有安全嚴密控管的獨立作業空間，完善的保全系統，非接觸式磁波感應卡，嚴格堅控的監視系統，並在嚴謹慎密的作業流程下如期交貨。我們擁有的機器設備皆屬專業高精密印刷設備，符合選舉票、選舉公報、郵票、明信片印製規範配備。從紙張原物管制、印前設計管制、印刷數量管制、廠房安管到庫存運送管制，在一貫獨立安全的整廠封閉式空間作業。例如，其紙張有專屬立體浮水印，紙張來源穩定，且存量嚴加管制，絕不外流;印刷底片的製作、保存及防偽設計均有專人管制，訂單需經兩級以上主管簽認。
